Learn how you communicate and the impact it has on others. We will discuss the 3 C's of communication and top skills to master in order to improve your communication in the workplace and beyond.
Leaders will learn not only how to hold others accountable and the benefits; they will also learn about personal accountability and how that impacts the entire team.
Confidence In Leadership
Leaders will be able to identify what areas they may have confidence barriers such as decision making, leading with Authenticity, building interdepartmental relationships and more. By addressing barriers up front leaders will gain tools to help overcome these proactively. These tools will be able to be applied to any barrier faced in leadership.
Empowering and Engaging Employees
Leaders will learn the importance of creating a culture of loyalty and engagement. They will discover new ways to empower their employees in decision making, motivation and more. Understanding that all employees are motivated differently and playing to their strengths is the key to success.
Coaching for Success
Leaders will learn the difference between coaching and disciplinary action. We will work though common coaching scenarios and how to engage employees in the solution. We will also learn when and how to use coaching for all employees.

Leaders will discuss various communication styles and when appropriate to use each. We will discuss effective communication when it comes to both written and verbal. Leaders will learn how to coach others though conflict, and the importance of giving staff the tools needed to resolve their own conflicting issues.
Performance Appraisals that Provide Value
Leaders will learn the best ways to collect and manage feedback though the year in order to be prepared for performance appraisals. They will practice writing and administering the reviews being specific and actionable, using examples. We will also discuss the importance of a follow up plan and goal setting.
Time Management and Prioritization
Leaders will learn practical tools to manage their time wisely and help their employees do the same. We will discuss specific strategies for time management and prioritization that have been proven successful.
Team work and Motivation
Leaders will build team work among each other; and learn why this is important in any team they lead. We will understand WHY it is important to make time for team building and how this will help teams run smoothly.

Leaders will discuss several change models and what they all have in common. We will discuss how to gain buy-in from resisters, and how to utilized those already on board to help the team move forward. Change Leadership is not just used with large projects, but anytime you are trying to implement something new.
Burnout Prevention and Energy Management
Leaders will understand what causes Burnout and how to be proactive in preventing it for themselves and their teams. We will discuss energy management and how by understanding this you are able to be more productive and less exhausted at the end of each day.
